Dr Jungermann and team is absolutely amazing! I was so nervous since this was my first time having a procedure like this. They put on the kids gloves and made me feel comfortable. She is so amazing that once we got in to do the procedure it couldn't be done so we stopped. There are some doctors out there that would do it just to make money so for that she has my support. Thank you for being AMAZING!

I highly recommend east orange endodontics in Lake Nona. I have a huge fear of the dentist and have had bad experiences in the past. I had 2 root canal’s done at the same time. The staff made me free very comfortable. The procedure was stress free, I had no pain at all after the Novacaine wore off or the following days after. I was very impressed . They are truly amazing at what they do!!

I had a root canal done here some time ago and I thought everything was handled perfectly. The staff were very patient and were not in a rush to get me out of there. The procedure was rather painless and I can highly recommend these people to anyone who needs a root cabal done. I had a sensitivity to the light while they were getting me ready for the operation so they gave me a pair of sunglasses (as shown in the picture) and they said I could keep them, and I have them to this day.

I had a referral here by my dentist at Coast Dental (amazing), the receptionist and gentleman who do my X-rays were amazing!! The only reason for any stars. However the woman who gave me my exam was quite blunt and dismissive of me. She asked me what I wanted and I explained I had a referral which discussed the issues we were looking to address. Based on the services they offer and my dentists boasting recommendation I was hopeful we’d be able to do something about the issue. It became apparent she hadn’t looked over the referral at all and treated me like an inconvenience. Saying I just need an extraction and they can’t fix this current root canal ( all of this is true and what I came there for was an extraction and my primary would create a new crown) Ultimately I left with no information, no additional referrals, -$300.00, and the feeling that I did nothing but inconvenience this establishment by simply being there. While everyone else seemed great and they were able to get me in quickly. I’d be wary of how you’re treated and the treatment they will actually give you. Referral or not. I’m sure it was just a bad day, but that had nothing to do with me.

I had a fantastic experience today. The front desk staff are very nice and wonderful. The hygienist / assistant and the doctor I saw were all fantastic and it was the easiest and quickest root canal I have ever experienced. I have severe anxiety when it comes to the dentist and this visit changed everything for me! The doctor was so good with explaining what was going on and even how much longer it was going to take which is a major help to my anxiety. Thank you everyone!
